This is the official store of Retrace The Lines. Everything legal is here in one place, written as plainly as we can. This English version is a translation; the Spanish text is the one that applies. Last updated: 15/10/2026.
1. Legal notice
As required by Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services (LSSI), these are the details of the owner of retracethelines.link and its store:

The texts, photos, designs, logos and music on this site belong to Retrace The Lines or are used with permission. They may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.
2. Terms of sale
Who sells. The seller is Alejandro Magnieto Benlliure (details above). By placing an order you accept these terms.
Prices. In euros, VAT included. Shipping is calculated in the cart from the country and the products, and you see it before paying.
How to buy. Pick your products, go to the cart and pay on Stripe's secure page (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). We never see your card details. The contract is closed once the payment is confirmed; we then email you a confirmation with the order summary, which is your receipt.
Shipping and delivery times. We ship to the countries listed in the cart. Items from our own stock usually leave within a week; items made to order (print-on-demand) take a few more days to produce. Delivery times shown in the cart are estimates. We email you when the parcel leaves, with the tracking number when the method has one. Shipping without tracking is only available in Spain and travels at the customer's risk: if it gets lost, we cannot trace it.
Pre-orders. Items marked pre-order ship when the album is out (the date is on each product). If an order contains a pre-order item, the whole order ships together on that date. If the date changes, we will email you and you can cancel for a full refund if you prefer.
Pictures. Some pictures, especially pre-order ones, are early design renders: the final product may vary slightly in colours and details.
If something sells out. If, after you pay, an item turns out to be unavailable, we tell you by email and refund it to the same card.
Size exchanges. You can ask for a size exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, while we have the new size in stock. Write to retracethelines@gmail.com.
Guarantee. All products carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity (Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). If something arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, send us a photo and we fix it (exchange or refund) at no cost to you.
Applicable law. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If there is a problem, write to us first: we want to sort it out. You can also contact the consumer services of your region or the courts of your place of residence.
3. Right of withdrawal (returns)
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return it without giving a reason.
- How: email retracethelines@gmail.com saying what you want to return and the order number. You can use this template: "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the sale of the following item: [item], order [number], received on [date]. Name, address and date."
- Sending it back: we tell you where to send it. You have 14 days from telling us. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or not the one you ordered.
- Refund: we refund everything you paid (including standard outbound shipping) within 14 days of your notice, to the same card. We may wait until we receive the item, or proof that you sent it, before refunding.
- Condition: the item must come back unused and in good condition, with its packaging and tags if it had them.
- Exception: there is no right of withdrawal for CDs or vinyl records unsealed after delivery (art. 103 i, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
4. Privacy (data protection)

What data we use: what you give us when you buy: name, email, phone, shipping address, what you buy and any note you leave. Your card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store them.
Why, and on what legal basis:
We send no advertising or newsletters.
- To handle your order, shipping, exchanges and returns, and to send you emails about your order (confirmation, shipping, refunds, album release notice). Basis: the purchase contract.
- To meet accounting and tax obligations. Basis: legal obligation.
How long: while your order lasts and then for the periods the law requires (accounting and tax, up to 6 years).
Who it is shared with: only the services we need to sell and ship your order: Stripe (payments), Brevo (sending emails), Cloudflare (hosting the website and data), our print-on-demand service (only the shipping details for the items it makes) and the carrier delivering the parcel. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; they do so with GDPR safeguards (standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). We never sell your data.
Your rights: you can ask us for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data at retracethelines@gmail.com. If you think we are not handling it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
